Privates / Duets
Privates are 1-1 instruction sessions where you have the entire studio and instructor to yourself. These are recommended for those who are new to Pilates.
Duets are similar to privates but you get to come with one friend.
Both options allow you to use any combination of equipment you desire.
Reformer / Jumpboard
In a reformer class you will be using spring tension for not only working out your core but elongating your spine, muscles and joints. This in turn will help with your flexibility and posture. Jumpboard is a cardio based workout that will work your core, legs and glutes. This is a set class on specific days and times and can have up to three people in a class.
Mat Class
This popular class is focused on core strength but also develops your legs, glutes, and arms. Mat classes also incorporate fitness circles, stability balls, weights, foam rollers, and resistance bands which provide variety and varying levels of difficulty to your workouts. This is a set class on specific days and times and can have up to four people in a class.
TRX Class
This class focuses on body weight control and can be adjusted for a wide range of fitness levels. It is a form of suspension training developed by a former Navy SEAL and provides a full body workout. This is a set class on specific days and times and can have up to three people in each class.
